I'm in California today so I can see the new Chevrolet C8 Corvette in the meat. Revelation will take place later in the evening.
Prior to that incident, the friend of TTAC Bozi Tatarevic tweeted a picture of the car's interior. It looks like it's interesting.
The image appears to be a press image, and it shows a center stack infotainment screen oriented to the driver, and many buttons between a handrail along the center console. I really mean many buttons. Jalopnik counted on 20 buttons, and my count is near – I counted 19. Given how difficult it is to see all the buttons, the discrepancy is not surprising. Either way, it's a strange design.
Still not a fan of the wheel, but the rest looks pretty nice. pic.twitter.com/REOLmbo00j

Other notable details include what looks like a push button shift and what looks like me as a kind of mouse-like controls for the infotainment system. The Gauge cluster looks digital, and the infotaiment system seems to be using MyLink.
We see the whole thing in the meat tonight – come back tomorrow, for the proxy, complete with pictures and my first heat recording. [Image thanks to Bozi Tatarevic]
