Most will earn close to $ 50,000.
PayScale estimates that the typical candidate with zero to five years of experience amounts to $ 48,400. The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) estimates that provisional average starting salary for class 2018 candidates is approximately $ 50.00.
NACE data also indicates that college graduates have recently seen a subtle dive. The organization estimates that the start pay in the 2018 class was actually 2 percent lower than the average beginning of the 2017 class ($ 51,022).

"If you graduated from college now, you've taken it perfectly," said Brian Kropp, vice president of research firm Gartner, CNBC Make It. "It's hard to think of a better job market that you could go into."
Historically low unemployment pressures force businesses to hire graduates. Unemployment for all US workers is around 3.9 percent, but unemployment for college graduates is only 2.1 percent.
