Christ Hospital, Anthem enters into agreement on new contract

After months of negotiations, a local hospital network and its insurance company have finally reached an agreement.

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Ohio and The Christ Hospital Health Network announced Friday the finalization of a new agreement that ensures continued access to quality care for all Anthem members at all Christ Hospital Health Network facilities and physician groups.

The hospital said the new agreement allows them to focus on helping patients in their care.
