BART service was restored after the lines were closed, major delays
BART was hit by a network problem that caused system-wide delays and shut down two lines on Saturday.

BART first reported delays on Twitter shortly before 1:30 p.m., and they soon grew in scope and severity.
As of 4:15 p.m., the Red Line between Richmond and Millbrae and the Green Line between Berryessa and Daly City, both of which were affected, were restored.
