Sentelle, Attorney General's lawyers about their claim that the original decision of Judge Richard Leon was wrong. [19659002] Rogers was appointed by former President Bill Clinton, Wilkins of former President Barack Obama, and Sentelle of former President Ronald Reagan.

The Ministry of Justice could decide to ask the whole court of appeal to hear the case or to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court.
