An American Airlines airline said she was "mortified" after a passenger hit her and she accidentally sprayed the company's CEO with a tray full of drinks on a recent flight.
"Fortunately, it was very cool and a good sport about it. He came back later and we talked a little and talked about the rest of the flight," Maddie Peters told Instagram about the interaction with CEO Doug Parker on the plane from Phoenix to Dallas.
