Aircraft with 3 onboard crashes in Texas

Three people were aboard the twin engine Boeing 767 operated by Atlas Air Inc. when it went down before 10am. 12.45. CT, FAA's Lynn Lunsford said.

The National Transportation Safety Board has been notified and will conduct a survey, said Lunsford.

Boeing said it closely follows the situation.
