Air Canada passenger claims she woke up on a dark, empty plane alone
A woman who recently flew Air Canada claims that she was forced to find her own way off the plane after waking from the plane to a dark, empty plane.
Tiffani Adams said she was a passenger aboard a flight from Quebec to Toronto Pearson International Airport on June 9 when she fell asleep during the trip.

In a Facebook post shared by a friend, Adams said she sat in a row by herself when she fell asleep during a 90-minute flight. She said she woke up in total darkness "around midnight (a few hours after the plane landed) freezing cold still stuck in my chair."
When she tried to contact a friend, she died. She tried to charge it, but there was no power on the plane. Adams said she found a flashlight in the cockpit and tried to signal the plane's windows to get the attention of others.
Using the light, she said she was able to unlock a door, but couldn't go out because there was a 40 to 50 meter gap between her and the ground. Adams said she saw a luggage trolley that was driving near her when she "literally dangles" her legs out of the plane.

She said at the time the "Air Canada cars pull up, drive me up to Pearson where I am greeted by another Air Canada rep who asks if I'm ok and I want one limo and a hotel. "She said that all she wanted to do was go home when she had to work a few hours from then.
