The Aphria shares increased more than 20 percent in connection with retrospective trading Thursday as Green Growth Brands is a marijuana dealer and Aphria is one of the largest Canadian cannabis companies in the world.
P & G and IBM are described in separate regulations as Kenneth I. Chenault is the former president and CEO of American Express.
P & G said in his submission that Chenault "took this decision in order to give more time to focus on a variety of activities in the next phase of life. "In a statement to CNBC, IBM thanked Chenault for its contributions over the past two decades and welcomed him well in his future efforts.
