Ciccio Restaurant Group's chicken-centric concept in St. Petersburg knows its way around a breaded chicken butter.It uses the same vibrating spicy coating for good use on the fried chicken sandwiches.There are 10 in total, starting with number one, a fried chicken breast between a potato bowl and topped with salad, jam cucumber and signature Cluck Sauce. is wide: Mac and Byrd are topped with bacon mac and cheese; Benewich comes with a light egg, bacon and spinach, all of which are $ 6.95, the sides are a la carte.

Comfort food stalwart Datz recently expanded to St. Petersburg, bringing the wide menu from the original Tampa loc ation.The claim of chicken sandwich fame see is the playfully named Cluck, YEAH !, a take on spicy Nashville fried chicken with lettuce, pickles and "Nashville" sauce. Served on a challah bowl for $ 12, it is large and indulgent, like many of the restaurant's best menu items. Bonus: Served with Datz's signature sweet and savory potato gold topped with blue mustard rain and green onions.

The new restaurant inside Pass-A-Grille & # 39; s Berkeley Beach Hotel specializes in "modern beach kitchens" and offers a creative and slightly southern twist on chicken sandwiches. Served on a buttery brioche bun with pimento cheese, bread and butter pickles and a creamy avocado lime aioli, it has plenty of crunch and the perfect balance between salty and sweet. Restorer Dave Burton has his hand in a pair of Tampas math hall: He opened this chicken and burger joint at Sparkman Wharf in Tampa, and Fork and Chicken in the Franklin Hall, both of which have solid fried chicken sandwiches. At Flock and Stock you can choose from a handful of sammies on a potato bowl , grilled or fried Notorious CHICK is the classic chicken breast served with your choice of cheese and sauce and bread-and-butter pickles.
Fork and Hen has a Nashville hot chicken sandwich (fresno chiili hot sauce, point reyes blue ranch, pickled vegetables, in addition to standard fried chicken sandwich, house house sambal, tarragon aioli, lavender sorghum and jam.

King of the Coop
Nashville-style hot chicken is the name of the game at this Seminole Heights newcomer where the Tennessee-style roasting bird is served on a toasted bowl of bread and butter pickles and a shredded slaw ($ 10). The craggy-edged chicken tenders get a 24-hour brine brine, which makes the meat extra juicy. Diners can choose the restaurant's signature Nashville spice level – a warm and tingling heat – or take an extra warm Coops Fury if they feel brave. This dining room by prolific Tampa restaurateur Richard Gonzmart opened in 2016 in Hyde Park Village, reviving the original Goody Goody concept that had existed since the 1930s. Full of nostalgia and favorites like POX burger and butterscotch pie. Goody Goody also has a solid fried chicken sandwich. It is simple, straightforward and well made, like the best dining room food is. For $ 8.95, you get a beaten and fried chicken breast topped with lettuce, spicy-sweet pickled pickles and buttermilk ranch on a toasted bowl.

Maple Street Biscuit Company
Launched in Jacksonville in 2012, this biscuit-focused location has expanded to Tampa Bay over the past few years, with locations in St. Petersburg, Brandon and more. It takes chicken sandwich to another level by wrapping the meat with signature biscuits. There are a handful of chicken biscuits to choose from, but our top selection has to be the sticky, sweet, mouth-watering Squawking Goat: biscuits, fried chicken breast, fried goat cheese medallion and homemade pepper jelly. 3 Dot Dash, located inside the Jug & Bottle Dept. bottle shop, quickly becomes a Seminole Heights favorite by serving vegan classic fast food bits, like a compelling French fries In-N-Out knockoff burger without animals. but will make you forget the real bird. What makes it a perfect vegan facsimile of the southern tribe? The crispy, peppery skin that surrounds the compelling tough "flesh." ranch slaw.
